General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Section 1 Scope and Provider These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Natur Boost UG (limited liability), Joliot-Curie-Allee 10, 18147 Rostock (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). Represented by: Dr. A. Riaz, HJ Nawaz

Section 2 Conclusion of Contract (1) The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. (2) By clicking the [Order with obligation to pay] button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

Section 3 Prices and Shipping Costs (1) The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT. (2) Delivery within Germany is free of charge. We deliver exclusively within Germany.

Section 4 Payment Terms Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna). We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.

§ 5 Retention of Title The goods remain the property of Natur Boost UG (limited liability) until full payment has been received.

Section 6 Warranty and Shelf Life (1) The statutory warranty rights apply. (2) As these are food supplements, please observe the storage instructions and the best before date (BBD) indicated on the packaging.

Section 7 Trademark Protection The brand "Natur Boost" is a registered trademark. The use of texts, images, or logos from this website for commercial purposes is prohibited without express written permission.

Section 8 Right of Withdrawal Information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our separate cancellation policy. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods if the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery.

Section 9 Final Provisions (1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. (2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain unaffected.
